He was predeceased by: his brothers, Gary Bowen and Gene Bowen (late Judy); his brothers-in-law, Preston Honea and Richard Lumley; his parents, Aurburn Lee and Violet Elaine Bowen; and his parents-in-law, Charles D Lumley and Mildred Inez Lumley.
He is survived by: his wife Linda S. Bowen; his children, Bryan Bowen (Bethany) and Cynthia Baker (Darin); his grandchildren, Devyn, Darin Ray, Drew Petri, Benjamin, Brynnley Bowen, Dylan and Paige Baker; his siblings, Don Bowen, Alvin Bowen (late Emily), Sandra Johanningmeier (late John), Steven Bowen (late Patsy), Russell Bowen (Mary), Vicki Kayser (Jim), Patsy Colvin (Mike), Teresa Sparn and Bob Nickell; and his sister-in-law Deborah Durbin (Jim). He is also survived by his wife as the love of her life, to his son as his rock, to his daughter as her hero and to his grandchildren.
