She was predeceased by: her husband Irving Melcer. She is survived by: her children, David Melcer (Carol), Sylvia Reincke (Bob), Allen Melcer (Barbara), Marshall Melcer (Felicia) and Rachel Thimangu (Patrick); and her grandchildren, Adriane Anthony, Dan Maciejewski, Aaron, Noah Melcer, Edward (Becky), Steven Melcer (Gina), Benjamin and Eva Thimangu. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was 84 years old when she died of COVID-19 on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2020 in St. Louis, Mo.
