She is survived by: her husband Thomas Carruth; her daughter Amisha (Roman Little); her grandchildren, Ariyah Madison and Demeiko Burrell; and her siblings, Evelyn Harden, Barbara Cook, Gary Cook (Jacquelyn) of Shaker Heights, Keith Clay (Lynne) of Alto, Georgia and Rhonda Gray (John). She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
