He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Skaggs and Mary Skaggs; his wife Patsy A. Skaggs; his former wife Arlene Skaggs; his son Albert Skaggs; his granddaughter Becky Kester; and his siblings, Andrews Skaggs, Bernice Skaggs, Joseph Skaggs, Lucille Heidebur, Leroy Skaggs, Ellen Weiss, Robert "Pete" Skaggs, Frank Skaggs, Barbara Skaggs and Nancy Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Judith Sherwin (Bob), Michael Skaggs (Cynthia) and Susan Skaggs; his grandchildren, Michael Skaggs (Crystil), Zane Kester and Emily Skaggs; his great grandchild Rylend Beck Skaggs; his stepdaughter Judith Penrod; and his brothers, Kenny Skaggs and Ronnie Skaggs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, their extended families; other relatives and friends.
Family and guests are required to wear facial coverings and practice social distancing while on the cemetery grounds.
