She was predeceased by: her parents, Sadie Bridgewater and James Bridgewater; and her husband Edward Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Ravonda Schoeneck of Elwood, KS, James E Johnson (Linda) of Stanberry, MO and Ross Johnson-Bridgewater (Shelly) of Effingham, KS; her sisters, Nona Gregory of St. Joseph, Ruby Baublit of St. Joseph and Nora Meeks of St. Joseph; and her grandchildren, Chris Johnson, Jimmy Johnson, Dakota Bridgewater and Leann Williams. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rupp Funeral Home (6054 Pryor Ave, St Joseph, MO 64504). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
