He was predeceased by: his parents, William Caldwell and Irene Caldwell (Drummond); his son Ricky Caldwell; and his brother-in-law Chuck Culver. He is survived by: his wife Billie; his children, Vickie Kanatzar and Steve Kanatzar (Jodi); his grandchildren, Brandon Kanatzar (Jalaina), Nicole Montgomery (Michael), Deana Lee (Joe), Brooke Cortez (Robert) and Gabrielle Caldwell; his sister Doris Culver; and his cousin Gordon Wilson. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other extended family.
