He is survived by: his significant other Virginia Nadine Hess; and his children, Thomas William (late Linda), Virginia Sue Frump (Jack), Deborah Marie and Lori Ann Bassett (Mark). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
