He was predeceased by: his parents, David Headrick and Mary Rosenbaum Haley; his daughter Dianna Headrick; and his siblings, Betty Townsend, Donald Headrick, Mary Headrick and Ann Henry.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Headrick of St Joseph; his children, Sharon Headrick of Independence, MO, Patricia "Feather" Headrick of Kansas City, KS and Wayne Headrick Jr. (Jeanna) of Kansas City, KS; his grandchildren, Jonathan Dinwiddie, Kenneth Jarred, Kayla Jarred and Paul Headrick; and his great grandchild Aiden Jarred.
