He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, Matt Coats (Jennifer) of Billings, MO, Jaime Perreca (Massimo) of Peculiar, MO, Melanie Nolting (Scott) of Kansas City and Ryan VanBelkum St (Alyssa); his grandchildren, Nolan, Eli Coats, Gioia, Dominic, Luca, Giovanni, Lia Perreca, Zoey, Avery Nolting and Jameson VanBelkum; and his siblings, Leslie VanBelkum, Sharon Barnett and Debbie Tye.
In honoring Tracy's memory, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the American Legion of St Joseph, MO.
