He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Levell and Joyce Levell (Acord); his brother Jay Levell; and his pet Penny. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Bailey; his children, Kaylynn, Morgan and Jessica; his grandchildren, Hunter, Trent and Alyssa; his siblings, Rod Levell (Edna), Guy Levell (Kristi) and Judy Trabeola (Pete); his former wife Arlean; and his pet Ruby.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the St. Joseph Animal Shelter or a charity of the donor's choice.
