He is survived by: his daughters, Danielle Parlier and Teri Lynn Carmichael; his siblings, Donald Briggs Jr., Lori Howard, Sherri Williams and Sandy Norton; and his grandchildren, Lilah Parlier, Ringo Parlier, Taleah Parlier, Jimmy Carmichael and Noah Carmichael.
