He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Ashworth and Frances Ashworth (Smith). He is survived by: his son Wayne Ashworth; and his siblings, Timothy Ashworth (Betty), Tony Ashworth, Rick Ashworth (Dee), Susan Wallace (Frank), Carol Wolfram (Mike) and Tina Roller.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel (3609 Frederick Ave, St Joseph, MO 64506). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (5005 Frederick Ave, St Joseph, MO 64506).
