It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tara Rena Phillips of Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on October 20, 2023, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Linda Kay Zuptich. She is survived by: her father Kevin Phillips; her husband Joseph Ross of Stewartsville, MO; her stepfather Tony Zuptich; her stepdaughter Cassidy Ross; and her siblings, Jeremy Harris, Jason Phillips and Jenny Pace (Todd). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials are requested to the Noyes Home for Children.
