With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Steven C. Gillett of Saint Joseph, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 28, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Gillett and Elsie L. Gillett (Slifer). He is survived by: his wife Susan Ashford; his children, Steve Gillett (Jessica), Angie Townsend (Mark), Sara Ransdell (Jimmie) and Cortney Turner; his grandchildren, Zachary Gillett, Jordan Burt (Wes), Adrienne Womack (Jonathan), Isabelle, Lillian Townsend, Caleb, Aubrey, Hayes Ransdell, Micah and Ian Turner; and his sisters, Cheryl Portman (Rodney Grayson), Pam Hackathorn (Darrell) and Carol Ferguson.
In Lieu of Flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Toby Keith Foundation - OK Kids Corral for kids with cancer.
