It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Beatrice Whitten of Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on April 4, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Shirley Beatrice is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Delbert Clarence and Vera Maxine Moak (Ross). She was also cherished by nieces and nephews, alongside extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Friends of the Animal Shelter of St. Joseph.
