She is survived by: her child Kelley Wertin (Mike); and her grandchildren, Jared Wertin (Sarah), Emily Wertin, Ashley Shellenberger (Tim), Chelsea Culbertson (Nathan), Trevor Shellenberger (Shyanna), Audra Shellenberger (Jose), Brandi Shellenberger and Adam Shellenberger.
