She is survived by: her children, Scott Hoffman (Cari) of Pekin, IL and Laura Follmer (Jason) of Phoenix, AZ; her grandchildren, Madison, Kaelyn, Kennedy Follmer, Ella and Tate Hoffman; and her brothers, Frank Phillips (Nancy), Chuck Phillips (Susan) of Leavenworth, KS and Sam Phillips (Andrea).
