He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert R. Farley and Honore C. Farley (Leven); and his brothers-in-law, Billy Green and Gary Huffman. He is survived by: his sisters, Lynn Johnson (Phil), Kassie Harshman (Mark), Mary Beth Green and Ann Harvey (Robin); and his daughter Stephanie. He is also survived by step-children; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donation may be made to the American Cancer Society or the donor's choice.
