He was predeceased by: his father Jack Holley; and his stepfather Lawrence Pifer. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Daniels-Acton (Randy), Ollie Mendenhall (Lucas), Ziggy Holley, Alex Holley and Jackson Holley; his grandchildren, Jason, Liam and Sailor Mendenhall; his mother Lois Pifer (Geiler); and his siblings, Marty and John Holley.
