He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel Delbert Milbourn and Zelma Mae Milbourn (Roberts) of St Joseph Mo; and his sister Patsy White Bennet of Martinez, GA.. He is survived by: his brother Bill Millbourn of Leavenworth Ks; his daughter Connie Sanchez (Mark) of Lansing; his granddaughter Kayla Sanchez of Rogers, AR.; and his great grandchildren, Carah, Vincent and Silas.
