He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Sr. Allen and Gladys Allen (Sanders); his siblings, Earl Martin, Elaine Jackson (Allen), Randolph Allen, Jr. and Yvereele Simpson; and his former wife Kathy Wilkins.
He is survived by: his wife Pam; and his children, Jasmine Latasha Heinrich (Arthur), Dominique Patrice Allen and Marcus Andrew Allen. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial gifts to the American Heart Association.
