He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Dowden and Helen Dowden (Waldroff). He is survived by: his brothers, Dean Dowden (Betty) and Marvin Dowden; his wife Ginger Dowden; his children, Robin Oyerly, Rod Dowden (Sandy) and Rhonda Pritchett (Harvey); his grandchildren, Casey Workman, Tyler Nutt (Andy), Colby Oyerly (Sasha), Kyle Dowden and Jared Dowden; his great grandchildren, Vanessah, Hagen, Brendan, Enslee, Ember, Khaidyn, Victoria, Easton, Luke, Lily Ann and Elliahna; and his close friends, Gary, Ernie McIntosh and Patty Harvey.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial gifts to Wyatt Park Christian.
