He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Williams, Sr. and Edna Drollett (Fletchall); his sister Barbara Lynn Williams; his stepbrothers, Wayne and Robert O. Williams; his mother-in-law Helen Riley; and his sisters-in-law, Janet Petty and Lauren Schmidt.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Williams; his son Jake Williams; his stepchildren, Carrie, Stacy and Brad; and his children, Kim, Lee, Jerri, Tammy and Jimmy. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several cousins.
