He is survived by: his wife Angela; his sons, Robert Shawn Ham and Stephen Christopher Ham; his siblings, Chuck Ham (Dora), Russ LaFave (Deb), Mark LaFave (Marla), Chris LaFave (Marsha) and Lynn Halter (Mark); his mother-in-law Sandy Plfugradt; and his siblings-in-law, Jennifer Stade (Dan) and Scott Holland (Angela). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren; treasured extended family.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society or St. Luke's Hospice House.
