He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Foster and Emma Foster (Culver); and his brother Charles Foster. He is survived by: his brothers, Louis and Terry Foster; his sister-in-law Della Foster; and his nieces and nephews, Albert "Joe", Robert, Kim, Jed, Sarah and Beth Foster.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
