He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi L. Cook and Lucille A. Cook (Stigers); his daughter Deborah Richardson; his granddaughter Caitlin Cook; and his siblings, Homer and Maxine Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Knadler; and his sons, N. Glen Cook (Lana), Daniel Cook (Dawn) and Bruce Cook. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Harmony Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
