She was predeceased by: her parents, HaroldBell "Tut" Dougan and Margarite "Peggy" Moe; and her close friend Charles Buffey. She is survived by: her grandson Gregory Clutter; her brother Tom Dougan (Sherry); and her close friend Teri Golden. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the ASPCA.
