Michael Wayne Carrico Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Wayne Carrico of Saint Joseph, Missouri, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on November 3, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Michael Wayne may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Michael Wayne touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, June Carrico and George Carrico. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Carrico; his sons, Michael Carrico, Jr., Jason Carrico, Greg Carrico, Christopher Cathey and Stephen Todd Brown; and his brother Carl Carrico of Fairfield, TX. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
