The passing of Michael David Wright of Saint Joseph, Missouri leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on January 18, 2025 at the age of 79. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard "Ted" E. Wright and Lelia M. Wright (Wallace); his granddaughter Lelia R. Wright; and his siblings, Donald G. Wright, Barbara J. Wright Hoss and Ted W. Wright.
He is survived by: his wife Allene Wilson Phillips; his children, Michael G. Wright (Jan), Terzah A. Wright and Ted W. Wright; and his grandsons, Michael P. Wright, Ted W. Wright and Henry A. Wright. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory (5005 Frederick Ave Suite A, St Joseph, MO 64506). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Friends of the Animal Shelter of St. Joseph or the Young Eagles Program, please make check to EAA Chapter 1479 SkyRiders and note in memory of Mike Wright.
