He was predeceased by: his father Donald L. Chellew. He is survived by: his mother Ruth M. Chellew (Meadows); his children, Brad (Brandi), Bryan (Lacey), Jamie Chellew (James) and Mike; his grandchildren, Kasch Chellew, Ryder Chellew, Dillin, Kylie and Cooper; his wife Cynthia Sue Smith; and his siblings, Dennis Chellew (Stephanie), Donna Beasley (Terry) and Diana Silcott (Chris). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial gifts to The Shriners Hospitals for Children.
