He was predeceased by: his parents, Porter Bartram and Mary Bartram (Brownlee); his daughter Sherry Steele; his granddaughter Jordan Bartram; and his brothers, Earl and Chris Bartram.

He is survived by: his wife Penni Lynn Enslow; his children, Christine Cantua (Mark), Billy Bartram (Lynn), Ronnie Bartram (Theresa), Tim Bartram (Kari) and Jennifer Ingram (Jason); and his sister Rose Hurst. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
