With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marvin Harmon of Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on February 21, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Marvin may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Harmon and Frankie Harmon; and his wife Vicki Lynn Harmon. He is survived by: his children, Pam Betts (Robbie) of St Joseph, MO, Sherry Harmon of St Joseph, MO, Ricky Harmon (Roxanne) of St Joseph, MO and Terri Harmon of St Joseph, MO; and his sisters, Ruth Lee and Elva Morse. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rupp Funeral Home (6054 Pryor Ave, St Joseph, MO 64504). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
