She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford S. Milbourn and Norma M. Milbourn (Broce); her husband William L. Evans Sr.; and her children, Christina Moutray, William Evans Jr. and Edward Evans.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Moutray, Eric Moutray, Linda McCoy and Timothy Evans; her grandchildren, Sarah, Kaelyn, Danny, Kelsee and Kohl; her great grandchildren, Kaden, Aida, Ethan, Nathan, Masen, Maclyn, Marlie, Korah, Levi, Colsyn and Lillian; and her siblings, Virgil Milbourn, Gary Milbourn, Trudy Neal and Linda Huber. She is also survived by family and friends.
She was a compassionate and giving woman, and often donated to St. Jude's.
