She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Gelvin and Lucille Gelvin (Garner). She is survived by: her close friend Vinyl; her friends, Wanda and Leroy Pike; her pet Bella Sera; her sisters, Linda Newberry, Tracie Webb (Chris) and Kathy Aplin (Jimmy); her nieces, Tanya Brower Damon and Leslie Crum (Loren); and her cousin Gary Hart (Joanne).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory (5005 Frederick Ave Suite A, St Joseph, MO 64506). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Friends of the Animal Shelter of St. Joseph.
