He is survived by: his children, Regina Bliley, Michael Bliley (Cyile) of St. Joseph, MO and Tyler Violett of St. Joseph, MO; his siblings, Ray Bliley of St. Joseph, MO, Jim Bliley (Willie) of Kansas City and Jeana Amos of Gladstone, MO; and his grandchildren, Bentley, Shane, Uhlaynee, Tyler Jr. and Kayden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
