He is survived by: his son Michael D. Derry of Surry, VA; and his siblings, Linda Vejar, Luis Derry (Peggy), Lorie Auxier, Leslie Pummell (Melvin), Lucas Derry, Billy Derry (Nancy), Angela Butram (Mike), Lisa Derry (Terry Horr), Bernie Derry, Joe Riley, Donna Nucci and Alice Chavez-Derry.
