He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Douglas and Ruthie Douglas (Harris); and his brother Michael Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie; his son Kenneth W. Douglas, Jr.; his brother Stanley Shields; and his pet Chip. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
