He is survived by: his daughter Katherine Elizabeth Starmer of Gravois Mills, MO; his parents, Roger Starmer and Margaret Starmer (Harrison) of Shelbina, MO; and his brother Karl Starmer (Gwen) of Ozark, MO. He is also survived by two nieces and one nephew; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral Home-Shelbina (401 S Center St, Shelbina, MO 63468). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
