He is survived by: his children, Vicki Phillips (Jim), Stacey Treu, Julie Fennewald and Mark Fennewald (Amy); and his grandchildren, Ashley Phillips, Christopher, Jeffrey, Jessica Treu, Afton and Zachary Fennewald. He is also survived by one brother, two sisters, one sister-in-law, and several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church or Kansas City Hospice.
