He is survived by: his wife Andrea Sparks; his daughters, Bethanee Hamilton (Matthew) and Monica Boeh; his grandchildren, Henry and Madeline Kate Hamilton; and his sister Maribeth Lee (Ken). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and lifelong friends.
