He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Stark and Elvin Stark; and his siblings, Harry, William of Leland, EJ, Richard Stark, Mattie Witt and Peggy Witt.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Stark (Bennett) of St Joseph; his children, Vernon Nellis of Osceola, IA, Jimmy Campbell (Betty) of St. Joseph, Misty Campbell of St. Joseph, Ryan Salisbury (John) of St. Joseph, Jennifer Stark of St. Joseph and Justin Stark of St. Joseph; and his siblings, Mary Stark, Joann Moore, Judy Parish, Beverly Chapman, Mitchell Stark and Tommy Stark. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rupp Funeral Home (6054 Pryor Ave, St Joseph, MO 64504).
