He is survived by: his children, James Dean Birdsall (Anne), Jannice Marie Birdsall and Judith Ann Green (David); his grandchildren, Jeremiah, Becki, Jeffrey, Krystal, Jackie and Christopher; his great grandchildren, Natalie, Katie, Andrew, Peytin, Heath, Benjamin, Alainna, Callen, Alexis, Anna, Samuel, David and Jonathan; and his siblings, Dorothy, Bud, David, Hilda and Fred. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
