He is survived by: his parents, Susan Fleming (Montgomery) and Ronald Fleming; his wife Tracy Ellington-Fleming (Ledford) of St. Joseph; his stepdaughters, Tamera and Emma Ellington; his children, Jacob Fleming II and Azalea Fleming; his siblings, Jason Johnson (Laura) of St. Joseph, Crystal O'Dell of St. Joseph, Ronnie Fleming (Amber) of St. Joseph, Emmaleigh Fleming of St. Joseph and Katelynn Fleming of St. Joseph; his grandparents, Edie and Bob Lowry of Kansas City, MO; and his parents-in-law, Janice and Tom Ledford of Excelsior Springs, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
