He is survived by: his mother Doris Chappell; his children, Tiffany Chappell of Blue Springs, MO and Christopher Chappell; his grandchildren, Alejandro and Adelina Gordillo; and his siblings, Jerry Chappell (Selina) of Agency, MO and Janette Cates (Pat).
