She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rowe and Edna Rowe (McGrew); and her sister Janice Bates. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Williams (Melody), Kim Delaney (Dan), Siobhan Jackson (Scott) and Sean Connors; and her brothers, Howard Rowe (Johanna) and Robert Rowe (Rhonda). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
