She was predeceased by: her parents, William Waris and Mary Agnes Waris; her husband David Joseph Thompson; and her brothers, John and William.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anne Ryan (Jack), Mary Ellen Walton (Mark), Teresa Muehlemann (George) and Maureen Blazevic (David); and her siblings, Gerald Waris, Richard and Meg Huber. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
