He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Poling and Evelyn Poling (Johnson); his wife Margaret Poling; and his brother Larry Poling. He is survived by: his sons, James Poling (Kristin), Steven Poling (Vicki) and Donald Poling (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Rachel Vaughn (Philip), Nicole Christlieb (Erich), Heather Turner (Jay), Kathryn Pierson (Brian), Raegan Poling, Emily Poling and Joshua Poling; and his siblings, George Poling, Carol Poling, Patricia Poling, Phillip Poling and Robert Poling. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Riverside Baptist Church.
