He is survived by: his wife Shirley Elkins; his daughters, Teresa Haen, Denise Petit and Angela Luedtke; his sisters, Clara Pruitt and Patty Munsell; and his grandchildren, Holly, David, Bayli, Rylee, Zachary, Abby, Alex and Ashley. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
