Palmer; his children, Debra Till and Frank Till (Carrie); his grandchildren, Frankie (Alle), Alyssa, Marcelo and Mario; his sister JoAn Edgar (Roger); his brother-in-law Leroy McKnight; and his pet Squirt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
