He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Hatheway and Elmer Hatheway. He is survived by: his wife Donna Hatheway; his child Brooke Bode (Shawn); his grandson Cody Hatheway (Sara); his great grandchild Krista Head (Colby); his siblings, Belinda Petitt (Willie), Debra Neill (Roger), Lena Fetters (Gary), Everett Hatheway, Billy Hatheway (Nancy), Ronnie Hatheway and Ricky Hatheway (Sandy); and also, Patience Chitwood (Jesse), Courtney Powell (David) and Gabrielle Hatheway (Nathan Hall). He is also survived by 3 children, and Serena Hatheway and her child, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Memorials are requested to a Children's Hospital of the donor's choice.
